I am a former NCAA Division I wrestler with 25+ years of athletic coaching experience, from elementary to collegiate in wrestling, golf, football and softball, including 7 years as the Head Varsity Wrestling Coach in Mars, PA, WPIAL. Prior to becoming a Certified Professional Life Coach, I spent more than 20 years working as a certified counselor and teacher in K-12 education. I hold a Masters of Education in Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in English/Secondary Education.  
 
I have lived in several states in the U.S. and also abroad in Europe as an expat twice (Prague, Czechia and Belgrade, Serbia). I currently live in New Jersey with my wife Caralyn, a Human Resources Executive, and our elementary-aged girl/boy twins who play competitive ice hockey. I am an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, history buff and traveler.
